DEUTSCHE BANK ON RECORD LOW - DOWN 7,15%

Deutsche Bank closed near record low at 9,15€ down 7,15%, following the News the FED last year designated Deutsche Bank´s US operations to be in troubled condition, Wall Street Journal reported earlier today. Following this Deutsche Bank Trust Company America is now on a list of problem banks by Federal Deposit Insurance Corp.

THIS MARKET IS AS BROKEN AS ONLY IT COULD BE!!

The problem we discribed already 8 years ago again and  again, the loss in traded volume, became a serious problem for nearly all markets. Since the end of the so called Financial Crisis back in March 2009, more and more Banks closed their own books and stopped trading, the way they  have always done it. The losses were to big to accept them being part of it. You remember very well all those guys with severe losses, such the likes of Jerome Kerviel who lost only in 2008 5 billion Euros for his employer Societé Général . Or  remember the well known Nick Leeson, who brought Barings Bank back in 1995 with his wrong Nikkei positions, to fall abroad. The problem in his case was the fact that everybody knew his positions and so they started trading against him. In 2008 was clear that no Bank and especially​ no investor would accept it any longer. Die EZB will die Märkte bis kurz vor der ersten Zinserhöhung weiterhin monatlich mit €20 Milliarden fluten. Die FED hingegen kündigte gestern erst an, man würde keine weiteren Maßnahmen ergreifen, um heute bekanntzugeben, man flute den Interbankenhandel mit weiteren $500 Milliarden im Dezember, um der im Dezember historisch üblichen Liquiditätsklemme im Repo Markt entgegenzuwirken. Das ist neuer Rekord. Nie zuvor hat es derartiges gegeben und ist wohl Zeichen für die wahre Sorge der FED.
